Here are the types of information I gather:Information You Give Me: I receive and store any information you enter on this Web site or give me in any other way. The Help portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. However, I keep my cookies on, and I recommend you do too. It helps you to access features that you may not have access to, if it is turned off. Do I Share the Information I Receive? Information about my clients is an important part of my business, and I am not in the business of selling it to others. While I make every effort to give you the best advice I can, I do not hold ourselves liable for any change in policy or tactics of my partners. You are requested to do your own due diligence, if you should have any doubts. Agents: I sometimes employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on my behalf. Examples include secretarial support, fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, analysing data, processing credit card payments, and organising workshops. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes. Michael Smyth LLb. (Hons.), Dip, Cert
When you think of lawyers you think of clock watching professionals whose only concern is to charge for every single second you talk to them. However, Michael is not like that. He will sit down and have a conversation with you pretty much when you want to talk about it. It soon became clear to me that money wasn't his only concern but that uppermost in his mind was the outcome for me. When we spoke he focused on me and the issues in hand and made me feel extremely comfortable no matter how uncomfortable or frustrating the situation. His pleasant demeanour was always evident. So yes, I would definitely recommend Michael to anyone else who has a problem with their employer. Jennie Tiers, Auckland.
