Thanks for filling out the formThanks for filling out the form. Here's what you now need to do:
Are you worried KiwiSaver will throw your wage bill out of control? How to keep control of your wage bill and save $thousands in KiwiSaver contributions
When the concept of KiwiSaver was first introduced we complained about extra administration. Now the situation is even worse: from April 2008 all employees are required to contribute to the KiwiSaver scheme of any employee who elects to take part. Although the government has graduated those contributions over 4 years to "allow employers to budget", that's little consolation for most small and medium sized business owners for whom control of their wage bill is critical to business survival. Why your business may not surviveIf you don't budget for KiwiSaver now you could find your wage bill increasing by up to 4% over the next 4 years. Cuts will have to be made from other areas and your ability to incentivise your employees will be severely hampered.Simply reducing everyone's salary won't work either - that's illegal unless you get your employee's consent. And, which employee is going to agree to a 1% year on year pay cut over the next 4 years? Similarly, for new employees you are ill advised to offer them lower salaries because you don't know when you hire then whether they will want to be part of KiwiSaver or not. By offerring lower salaries you put yourself at a disadvantage in the labour market. The solution: The KiwiSaver Contract ClauseThe answer to this problem is the KiwiSaver contract clause. This is a Special Report which explains with examples how you can save $thousands in KiwiSaver contributions by inserting a simple clause into your employment agreements. It even explains how you can incorporate the clause into the agreements of existing employees. To find out how it works read this article: How to budget for KiwiSaver(and save $thousands in KiwiSaver contributions).Drafted by an employment law specialistAs you would expect, I have drafted the clause myself so it comes with my personal endorsement. If you asked a regular lawyer to draft the clause it would cost you several hundred dollars. You can purchase the clause and the report for just $75 from this website. Plus if you don't already have an employment agreement or your agreement needs updating, you can also buy the Employment Agreement Tooolkit for half the normal price - the Toolkit contains the new clause. But you need to be quick... It's a limited offerThis is a limited offer which expires on 1 July (when KiwiSaver starts). After that date you won't be able to buy the clause as a stand alone item. The only way you can get it is by investing in the Toolkit at the regular price of $750 + GST.Plus a bonusIf you decide to buy either the stand alone Report or the Toolkit, you'll also get another report: How to Choose the Right Employment Agreement for your Staff absolutely free but worth $75.How it works

If you know anyone who would be interested in this product please send them the link to this page (not the product itself as that would be breach of copyright and I'm a lawyer!!). I rely on people spreading the word to keep costs low. Thanks again. |
