"I needed peace of mind"
When it came to employment agreements my first inclination was to download a template off the internet. What I got was just the bare bones of what I really needed. I managed to get away with it for a short while but with employment law moving so quickly it was soon out of date and I didn't know what to change to keep it in line with the law.
