"The workshop certainly put me straight"
When I booked on the workshop I was unsure how many types of toxic employees there really were. The workshop certainly put me straight on that and I particularly liked the role play session which gave me the tools and confidence to deal with bullying and other concerns. I found the dignity at work policy to be very useful and understanding the various personality types was very enlightening. I would recommend this workshop to my other managers at work.
